Chicken fry

Starters are most loved food. Let's make chicken fry today.

Ingredients : 

  • 500 gm chicken
  • 2 tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspn turmeric
  • 1 tspn red chilly powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 4 tblspn Oil for frying

Steps : 

  1. Take chicken in big bowl and turmeric, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and mix everything well.
  2. Now let this marinate for minimum 1 hr.
  3. Take oil in pan for frying and heat it.
  4. Once the oil is hot, put the chicken pieces in it.
  5. Make sure to keep it on medium to low flame.
  6. After 10 minutes turn the pieces and let it get fried from other side.
  7. Now place the lid over pan for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes, check if knife goes easily in chicken peice. If not turn the pieces, cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  9. If yes you are done, now you can remove excess oil and serve.

Note : 

Do not cook on high flame as chicken may remain uncooked from inside.
Garnish with green chutney, Onion and lemon.
Even it goes good with tomato ketchup.
If you don't have garam masala by any chance, add 1 more tspn of red chilly powder.
