Vegetable Maggie

Not only kids but we all love Maggie, isn't it. Lets give a twist to Maggie and make it bit healthier. 

Ingredients :

1 onion ,1 tomato,1 carrot 
1 green chilly 
50 gm peas
50 gm cauliflower 
2 Maggie packets
1 tblspn oil 
1/4 tspn salt 
2 glass water (450 ml)

Vegetable Maggie

Steps :

1. Make thin slice of onion and chilly and cut tomato and cauliflower into cubes.

2. Take oil in a pan, put onion,  chilly,  tomato,  peas,  cauliflower, salt and stir for 5 minutes. 

3. Add 2 glass of water to it and let it boil.

4. Once boiled, put Maggie and its masala to the pan and let the Maggie get cooked. 

5. Stir in between,  and cook for 5-10 minutes and here you have a tasty Maggie with vegetable ready for you.

Note : 

Do not put more salt as some salt is already present in Maggie masala.
Also you can add capsicum if it's available.
Non vegetarians can even add boiled chicken or omelette at the end when the Maggie is almost cooked.
